In this role, you will be responsible for
collaborate in the preparation of the documents associated with the execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations, Fluors Operating System Requirements ( OSR ) and the relevant Operating System Implementation Plan ( OSIP ).

You will maintain the Program Management Plan, be responsible for all resource management, reporting, standards adherence and performance guidelines.
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, capture, execution and close out of a program. This includes management of the overall Program and Task Orders to ensure successful delivery on the contractual commitments and financial targets for the Program in order to achieve or exceed the profitability targets for the Division.Coach and mentor the project team/staff.
