The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, Shift Engineer, will be responsible for ensuring the overall operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the Datacenter. This equipment supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. The Data Center Engineering Technician will continue to maintain high reliability and performance while keeping operating costs in facilities at a minimum, the engineer will drive innovation to reduce operational costs.
In this role, the selected candidate must have eyears' experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services, IIS, Dynamics CRM, AD, and ADFS in a 24x7x365 operational environment with contractually defined SLAs.
This position will combine operations, test and aerospace engineering disciplines to oversee a complex system test program for developmental aircraft and ensure a successful and smooth transition from developmental to operations.
