The Portfolio Manager will be a key leader to: lead existing task order managers in successful execution of task order commitments, establish and grow positive working relationships with task order customers, and lead new task order capture bids and proposals.
Develops in-depth understanding of strategic priorities and supporting capability, and purpose and scope of all initiatives for an assigned portfolio; manages analytics and insights for that portfolio.
The Portfolio Manager will report directly to the Division Manager and will be responsible for directing and growing the portfolio of programs and business development opportunities in an organization providing technical support.
Responsible for execution, customer satisfaction, schedule, and financial performance of the Software Engineering (SE) portfolio. Resource, manage, and hire new employees across all projects to fulfill project requirements while managing costs.
