Oversee and ensure staff knowledge and safe, efficient operation of tools, materials, methods and practices involved in building maintenance and repair, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting.
Perform managerial functions including but not limited to: employee scheduling, performance management, responding to employee questions and concerns, work direction, ensuring safe work practices, accident/incident reporting, etc.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plants lean activities. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Continually focuses on achieving market base profitability through effective management of all fleet and maintenance activities within the assigned area, including cost control, employee development, and high training and safety standards.
The Plant Manager is responsible for directing all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities at the plant. The Plant Manager ensures that an adequate supply of manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts is available at all times to provide for the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
The Plant Quality Manager will plan, coordinate and direct the Quality Management System for the plant; additionally, the Plant Quality Manager will lead the operation in identifying and applying best practices in manufacturing techniques and process control as they relate to product quality.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment. This includes correcting unsafe acts/conditions, facilitating monthly safety meetings, performing monthly safety inspections, and investigating accidents, as required.
