In this role, you will respond to requests for and provides information to internal groups and external entities in connection with all phases of lending operations, including pre-origination, documentation, closing and servicing.
Ideal candidates for this role will be responsible for assisting attorneys in basic legal research and drafting of legal documents and business communications; and managing basic litigation-related projects with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will execute and oversee internal document productions and other discovery responses, to include email and other electronic document search efforts and perform case assessments and work with attorneys on litigation/resolution strategy.
Ideal candidates for this role will be responsible for tracking filing deadlines, preparing and filing documents with state and local authorities as required, records subpoena coordination, litigation matter management and support, preparation of agreements and legal research under counsel supervision, assistance as required in Company document collection efforts and discovery.
In this position, you will maintain official corporate records, including bylaws, articles of incorporation, and minutes, and administer the SharePoint site housing all of the minutes of Board and Committee meetings and any unanimous written consents.
