The Finance Division is seeking an Operational Risk Manager level employee responsible for supporting the end-to-end oversight of payment and security processing activities. This individual will be accountable for helping the Director establish a centralized comprehensive governance program over the companys cash payment activities/systems.

The successful candidate will provide both leadership oversight and individual contribution on a variety of human resources programs, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience, expands the organization and minimizes corporate risk.
Evaluates, designs, documents, installs, implements, tests, and performs problem isolation and resolution; and monitors, tunes, sets standards and maintains a range of computer network components and systems.
Accurately forecasts and manages budget for the unit and ensures that any expenditures are within the budget. Knowledge of related benchmarks, such as Paid hour per patient day and Worked hour per patient day.
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, tasks associated with contracting activities, program office management, and all activities associated with planning and managing source selections.
Coordinates all division operations, including talent management, staffing and resourcing, performance management, staff recognition and events, and regional and portfolio management, including budgeting, financial management, and performance reporting.
Support the leadership team for your respective departmentSales, Operations, Merchandising, Pricing, or Human Resourcesby developing or maintaining a suite of analytical tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Informs and maintains constant communication with supervisory and management personnel concerning quality issues related to manufacturing operations, deviations occurring from existing standards, deficiencies and accomplish cost reductions and company goals.
