The position is responsible for providing support in maintaining and improving equipment safety, quality, reliability, efficiencies and controlling cost in the operations of the plant as well as recommending, planning and implementing equipment upgrades to maintain the integrity of the plant.
Plan, develop, implement, and manage Quality on assigned programs over their life cycle, ensuring that contractors meet their RESPONSIBILITIES for product quality in accordance with the contract requirements, and that systems fielded to Soldiers are of high quality and meet user requirements.
Ideal candidate will posses the ability to design, develop and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams.
These positions require familiarity with the design-build & design-bid-build procurement and execution for various construction project types, including vertical new construction, building renovation, civil / site infrastructure, pipe rehabilitation and site remediation.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure all contract documents are current with sub-contractors, vendors and Landmark staff; work with Project Manager on tracking progress and compliance to specification in the field and assist in developing, maintaining and updating schedules you will also be responsible to maintain and report weekly on all the above.
Drive teams to perform troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis associated with equipment or electrical failures; provide project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
