The project director synchronizes and integrates workflows, communications, and activates for key marketing initiatives. Designs, directs and implements complex and diverse projects encompassing multiple programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing related reporting and analytics; process building / refinement; planning and budgeting ( in conjunction with corporate marketing / marketing leadership ); marketing technology selection, implementation, governance and roadmap development; data management; best practices syndication; and marketing skills development.

The Director, Marketing Strategy and Communications is responsible for the SHRM brand as it relates to creating engagement between SHRM and members/nonmembers through marketing programs. This role will shape SHRMs marketing communications strategy and drive the activation of values and needs based segmentation. The Director will act as the key agency lead with Agency of Record (AOR) to ensure that SHRMs marketing strategy and objectives are aligned with agency engagement.
