The Managing Director will be primarily focused on recruiting Realtors, mergers and acquisitions of existing real estate brokerages, as well as in managing the entire leadership team within the office, and building strong consultative relationships with the top agents.
In this position, you will build and maintain relationships beyond the HR team with leadership at corporate, facility and department levels, building credibility and garnering crucial support for companys process, methodologies and technologies.
The Managing Director will ensure the right projects and focus is being applied to the business. In parallel, they will be working closely with various members identifying new possible strategic sales initiatives, supported with sound data.
In this role, you will consider those who have just finished their residency and or Fellowship in family practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency medicine where you have the experience and comfort level to see Pediatric patients as Peds make up about 30% of your patient population.
In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day leadership and execution of the product development teams while effectively balancing resource demands of product development with core system infrastructure improvements.
