The candidate will be leading the planning and execution of all System Engineering related activities for land and maritime surveillance systems and will manage the deployed system engineers throughout CONUS and OCONUS.
Participates in requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification), validation and interface definition studies of system elements.
The Network Engineer will function as part of a team of engineers responsible to support the day-to-day Operations, engineering, implementing solutions/Projects/Initiatives/deployments for the CACIs distributed enterprise Office network environment including 140 Remote offices and three Data Centers.

Candidate would lead our system level Design Verification Test (DVT) efforts as a part of the development team for the tracking and communications products group. This group develops specialized tracking devices and communications products for government, military, and commercial customers.
