The successful candidate represents the company in business development oriented activities and is responsible for projects/initiatives that have significant impact to the Business Units (BU) growth objectives.
The Business Development Sales Executive participates in a sales training program of webinars, live sessions, and calls that develop skill sets surrounding Financial Education, lead generation, team building, and closing techniques.
In this role, you will develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals Work with peers when called up to support case coverage and inventory requests.
. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of activity to achieve activity-based metrics, as well as experience establishing credibility with decision makers.
