The HR Generalist partners with leadership in supporting changes that occur within the business; maintains files and the HRIS, administers compensation, benefits and employee relations support. The HR Genralist reports to the Director of HR.
Assists in evaluation of reports, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations.
In this role, you will provides advice and counsel to the line organizations and has a generalist knowledge in employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), staffing, compensation and performance and talent management.
