Assist in evaluation of reports, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations.
The HR Generalist will work closely with HR colleagues in recruiting and ATS, internships, employee transactions and accompanying documentation, performance management, compensation, compliance and policies, diversity outreach, metrics and reporting, compensation, and benefits.
The Human Resources Generalist will provide administrative and general HR support for 200+ employees in the Mid-Atlantic Region which emcompasses the states of VA, MD ad WV. The HR Generalist reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources.
