The Business Partner, Talent Management manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
As the manager of people operations, your role reports into the director of people ops and will work alongside the business leaders to develop strong multi-year talent plans that ensure a consistent, high performing workplace.
