The Integration Analyst will be required to make recommended modifications to the software and successfully complete desired programmatic changes allowing for the customized software solutions necessary to satisfy the requirements of the government customer.
The Business Systems & Data Analyst is a lead position in the analysis, definition, and automation of business processes for the Association. S/he performs overall analysis and design for the development of business intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics systems, including gathering user requirements, performing systems design and analysis, and architecting data stores for business intelligence applications and reporting.
Review, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing , debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to ensure financial information has been recorded correctly; apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and to prepare financial reports.
Analyze grant expenditures and activities to ensure they are allowable according to the grant agreement; gather and analyze financial and narrative data, submit reports to provide context for management decisions and to fulfill grantor requirements.
Translates the functional requirements into systems designs suitable for development of appropriate computer programs. Tests software, including preparation and use of sample data for testing purposes.
Design and implement statistical/predictive models and algorithms using diverse sources of data to predict fraud, waste, and abuse; use analytic applications to identify trends and relationships from different strategies.
Analyze patterns of non-compliance and take appropriate administrative or programmatic actions to minimize security risks and insider threats. Manage accounts, network rights, and access to NE systems and equipment.
Conduct intelligence research and all-source analysis of data in order to provide finished intelligence products, briefings, assessments on threat financiers, facilitators and financial operations and networks associated w/ terrorism, insurgency, proliferation, and nation state adversaries.
