The candidate will be responsible for learning existing system capabilities and working to support the design of the new capabilities and enhancements (to include Cloud Migration and Analytics design and development).

Plans, directs, and manages a major function of the systems engineering activities for the reporting unit with budget responsibility for the engineering functions managed. Remains current in operating systems/software analysis and technological developments/applications.
The Project Manager will lead and work project management and tasks related to COMSEC system developments, integrations, and activities. Provide customer with engineering support for COMSEC systems as a Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA).
This position requires strong analytic and written communications skills, such as those that would be required to enable non-technical business managers to make informed, risk-based decisions supporting the safe adoption of new technologies and enhancements of existing security systems.
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the defensive cyber infrastructure on the Marine Corps Networks.
