In this role you will provide United States Marine Corps (USMC) acquisition systems help desk support. The main system you will be supporting is Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Other acquisition systems include PR Builder, FPDS-NG, and the Standard Procurement System (SPS).
In this role, you will establish professional relationships and effectively communicates with all those involved in the project. Interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
In this role you will use your experience as a DevOps Engineer to support a mission critical enterprise software development project. You will be a dedicated and active member of the team, responsible for build automation and automating deployments in multiple environments.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage open tickets in the ticketing tool, escalate and follow through as needed until resolved; ensure appropriate procedures are followed, obtain feedback from government personnel and propose actions for process improvement when appropriate.
