In this role, the selected candidate will conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
The contract administrator will serve as a business adviser for all acquisition and contract related program office needs and provides all forms of contract-related support through all phases of contract award, administration, and closeout.
In this role, you will support program planning and development activities, including customer relationship management. Applying FFRDC contracting expertise and technical understanding of CEMs core competencies to determine appropriateness of Statements of Work (SOWs).
In this role, you will analyze customer requirements and recommend the appropriate contract type that meets all statutory requirements.Construct contract incentives that meet required policy while incentivizing positive contractor performance.
