The Cloud Software Business Development Manager is responsible for pioneering and building new business, and defining a repeatable and successful GTM. You are responsible for engaging with our customers and achieving lighthouse wins, as well as achievement of target revenue.
The Business Development/Sales Manager to focus on new, business-to-business account development with home builders; responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling in person by driving to potential builders within a protected and designated territory based on number of potential prospects.

Leverage knowledge of your customers environments to assist support engineers and service teams in better serving your customers. Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning.
Develop and cultivate relationships with technical specialists, subject-matter experts, and professional writers to contribute to technical solution designs, reviews, and analysis of proposals and business development strategy within the practice.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Develops capture understanding and strategy to include but no limited to business solution, define/identify/align resources, and manage critical decision milestones for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities.
