This position will work with ITD to translate those functional business requirements into technical requirements which will be used to build or modify the system. This position must also have the ability to communicate as effectively with executive staff for decision making.
Work closely with Customers to assess complex business needs. Identify and define client business requirements based on evolving policy directives. This includes proposing processes for business analysis and workflow, identifying key performance indicators, and developing the system requirements to support the business.
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.
Assist in the development and execution of enterprise-wide operational improvement programs at the department and agency business level, identifying their core competencies, defining measures, and identifying capabilities.
The Scrum Master/Business Analyst will serve as a dedicated team member who has the primary responsibility to support their self-organizing, self-managing team successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives.
As a Business Analyst, responsibilities include requirements analysis, systems configuration, systems testing, and end-user support. Develop and maintain working knowledge of Momentum systems functionality and clients business process in order to address business user inquiries and assist in development, design, and analysis activities.
In this role, you will have experience with IT operations and O&M impacts, including the topics of OPEX, vertical versus flat tower arrangements, silos, security expanse and breadth, knowledge management, CoPs, BoKs, matrix organizations, work breakdown structures, and integrated product teams (IPTs).
