In this role, you will manage all phases of the training project life cycle process, which include monitoring progress, serving as resource to divisional management regarding the project, preparing and/or reviewing documentation, preparing staff updates as required.
In this role you will collaborate with peers to design, develop, and deploy new technology - based learning programs for integrated learning solutions including instructor - led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
Develops training curriculum for building trades training that incorporates HBIs Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) and Residential Construction Academy Series textbooks and instructional aids.
Provide hands-on instruction and practical training to create an engaging learning environment for professional students at Infotec locations, client sites, remote training facilities and/or virtually.
Design, develop and update training materials and web based training modules related to the PenFed Mortgage division. Review existing modules making updates as necessary, and recommend topics for the creation of new modules.
Participate in, and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts and texts.
Facilitates instructor - led training programs, workshops, and classes. Manages the classroom through effective facilitation techniques that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an annual training calendar; under direction, planning and executing instructional design projects from analysis through evaluation; and designing and developing eLearning courses.
