Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Develops, publishes, and implements audit implementation plans. Develop quality assurance standards, practices, and procedures. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics. Possess a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Works under general supervision; reports to Mission Assurance Manager.
Develops, applies, revises, and maintains quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Writes inspection procedures. Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections and implements corrective action as needed. Participates in audits. May provide technical support to inspection personnel.
Understand the business problem being solved and understand how to evaluate the solution to that problem.Plan and drive test execution efforts with the goal of building concrete automated regression test coverage suites, reducing test time and improve defect identification.
Performs continuous evaluation of documentation and processes associated with products/solutions (i.e. proprietary hardware/software and client specific deployments) under definition, development and test.
Responsible for supporting all elements of the supplier quality system including new supplier qualification, supplier re-evaluation, non-conforming material containment, root cause analysis and CAPA; assist suppliers in understanding and implementing Victaulic specifications.
