TheSharePoint Systems Administrator will serve as the final escalation point for all Microsoft issues in the DTE Phase II solution. TheSharePoint Systems Administrator will work directly with the Microsoft Vendor, DTF and Engineering to resolve technically complex SharePoint issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to technical hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of testing tools and techniques for desktop, servers, LAN/WAN, voice or video networks.
In this role, you will be responsible to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to install, maintain and ensure the reliability and security of computer operating system software, third party products, and server hardware infrastructure components
The selected candidate will provide desktop, server, and network administration support to mission and analytic networks. Your primary responsibilities will include desktop support, application support, server administration, user account support, and basic support to LAN infrastructure.
In this role, you will provide Unix systems support services to include, but not limited to, system hardware and software troubleshooting, troubleshooting of security systems and resolution. The selected candidate will upgrade of current systems, and installation of new systems.
The Systems Administrator manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers and network and storage devices running on one or more operating systems, using common system monitoring tools.
