Responsible for networking with clients to identify and define projects, developing and negotiating proposals, building teams of technical staff and sub-consultants to execute work, maintaining quality and risk management processes to keep work on track, and delivering according to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develops and implements a strategy for continuous monitoring of client supported systems, e.g., Establishing system audit trails and ensuring their review, reporting all identified security findings and initiating the periodic review of security controls.

Assist the Government program/project manager in the development of new programs and associated documentation or the execution oversight of deployed programs or technical capability integration activities.
Senior Project Managers direct the daily activities of team members on multiple projects to ensure they provide high quality and cost effective services; they may also provide oversight to one or more project managers, in addition to other project team members.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for successful execution of one or more medium to large size high impact projects of moderate to high complexity. Individuals in this role must effectively partner with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the project/s are met and deliver the desired business value.
Responsible for managing IT projects from inception to operation, and ultimately responsible for the projects success. Must follow policies and procedures, work within the scope of the project, and adhere to time and cost constraints.
Collaborate with Leasing and Mall Management on pre LOI due diligence to verify existing conditions, complete feasibility studies, identify applicable Landlord work scopes, produce requests for proposals to obtain cost estimates and bids.
