The primary purpose of this position is to analyze, plan, develop, implement, communicate, and provide leadership for base and/or bonus compensation programs that correspond with the competitive market and Rite Aid's business objectives.
The Senior Benefits Design & Administration Analyst is responsible for directing and planning the daily administration of Pinnacles group benefit programs. This includes all health and welfare plans, spending accounts, disability, FMLA and retirement. In addition, this position is responsible for providing customer service to employees, the HR team, and payroll regarding benefit-related issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for the data analytics and for assisting in the management of the administration of health and welfare benefits, including annual enrollment and the management of vendors.
In this role, you will develop campaigns and initiatives for promoting pay programs and rewards. Manage/participate in strategic initiatives such as developing a total rewards philosophy and implementing a company-wide job evaluation/classification system.
