The Master Scheduler will work with the Project Management Team and technical team to gather, analyze, verify and report project schedule performance for a large government contract. This position will be responsible for monthly updates to the schedule, schedule maintenance, and any applicable planning activities in the schedule.
Generate and maintain the Project Master Schedule that identifies key dates/milestones with tasks that specify sequence, duration, and interdependencies among the projects work breakdown structures work packages.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate with project teams to gather all levels of project plans and schedules; integrate schedules into server and manage dependencies across multiple schedules.
Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security.
The Project Scheduler is responsible for providing technical support and education to the operations staff in critical path method (CPM) scheduling at the project level, and to assist in developing schedules for presentations and proposals.
The Planner/ Scheduler is responsible for analyzing data to develop critical path network (CPN) schedules on proposals and contracts. They monitor progress and report updates in a timely manner to satisfy proposal and/or contact release dates.
