The Sales Operations Analyst, Onboarding & Recruitment contractor is a hands-on Partner and Sales facing role focused on operational details around management of the onboarding activities of new Program Members in our clients Partner Program that include account set up, monitoring training requirements, and assisting in revenue generating sales opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist the Sales Department and Sales Admin Group to increase sales and rentals of our product lines with maximum efficiency to capitalize on Gross Margin potential and improved customer service & satisfaction.
The Business Analyst will support new business proposal development and business operations. Identify, research, organize, develop, and manage a variety of business development and proposal activities.
In this role, you will utilize knowledge of business processes to analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations to leadership on trending, benchmarks and correlations between behaviors and results to improve the business function.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and track the metrics to assess the effectiveness of the company sales incentive compensation programs. Provide in depth analysis on base and variable compensation. Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs.
In this role, you will develop, extract, maintain and deliver critical recurring and ad hoc reporting to internal and external customers. Such reporting is inclusive of financial reporting for internal business leaders at several levels of leadership up to and including Vice President.
In this role, you will be responsible for updating and distributing Specialist forecast B forms and specialist to rep alignments. Also responsible for re-forecasting specialists quotas based on realignments or changes to category definition.
