The Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Manager will oversee, manage and maintain an internal E,S & H compliance audit program. This requires a current working knowledge of ES&H regulations and their business impact.

The successful candidate will develop EHS system improvement plans and insure team compliance to required reporting activities. Insure Chester organization has appropriate subject matter expertise for internal and external EHS regulations, guidelines and practices.

In this role, the selected candidate will maintain the accident records and files necessary to backup the OSHA 300 log and any other OSHA requirement; evaluate cases to decrease the accident rate using safety assessments, industrial hygiene sampling and following OSHA regulations and Catalent Guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide business critical EHS support to the organization, including the management of customer requests and approval systems, ensuring bid wins, entry and safe operation at customer sites.
In this role, you will conducts related investigations thoroughly, completing associated documentation accurately. Ensures and verifies implementation, communication, and documentation of corrective actions and corrective action close-outs.
The Safety and Loss Prevention Manager oversees and standardizes the establishment and implementation of Safety & Loss Prevention SLP programs throughout the assigned Sales Region in order to reduce both the frequency and cost of accidents.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an expertise in interpreting environmental standards and regulations, auditing against regulations, and advising clients on how best to implement a comprehensive EHS program.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for partner with a site operations team and New Site Project team to manage the safety deliverables required when opening new Delivery Stations (DS).
