In this role, you will be responsible for the primary function of the nursing process assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of all patients in the post-anesthesia care phase for the Main Operating Room, Cardiovascular Operating Room, GI Services and Interventional Radiology.
Develops a written plan of care in accordance with the patients diagnosis and family needs, physician orders and the corporate policies and procedures. Coordinates the development of this plan with other disciplines providing care for patient.

The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
Our nurse resource coordinators are responsible to function as a part of an interdisciplinary team as an expert clinician and decision maker on application of resources required for patient care involving a crisis or emergent situation.
