The Critical Care Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse consistently performs his/her duties demonstrating an understanding of the essential job functions as reflected in the Critical Care Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse job description, department and hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.

In this role, you will educate your patients on how to do their own dialysis from their homes, and you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
In this role, you will manage and documents phone calls from physicians, clinicians, patients, referral sources, and communicates patient updates|new orders to clinicians. Uses coordination notes to document, as needed and appropriate.

In this role, you will provide the highest level of care across one or more of our hospital units and ensure your patients' safety, comfort, and well-being with a patient to nurse ratio typically not more than 2:1.
In this role, you will observe and learn clinical best practices from designated preceptors in a simulation lab and in clients' homes. He / She will develop a network of relationships for ongoing collaboration and support.
