Responsible for the creation and nurturing of the broader candidate pipeline at its earliest stages of offer acceptance through communicating the benefits for working for the worlds leading nutrition, health and wellness company.
Coordinate activities involved in external and internal selection. This includes, pre-screening applicants, setting up of interviews and scheduling candidate travel, rental car and hotel arrangements for interviews, compiling interview results, and notification of applicants concerning their select/not-select status.
The Nurse Recruiter handles the full responsibility for the employment process for assigned departments to ensure the timely hiring of competent staff; work to develop and implement proactive and creative recruitment programs ensure maintenance of staffing levels for current and future openings.
Responsible for facilitating the candidate - facing aspects of the recruiting process; and for partnering with team members, Hiring Managers, Diversity / College Recruiters and candidates to ensure a quality candidate experience through the recruiting process.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting across a variety of roles, functions, and geographies; act as the representative of eOriginal for talent both internally and externally.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
