The RF Engineer is responsible for wireless network system design, optimization, and maintenance. The RF Engineer will supervise and coordinate data collectors and drive testers and help the lead Engineers interface with clients.
The Engineer must have an ability to create designs, perform simulations and/or generate circuit analysis for system level requirements as well as RF components based on performance spec, schedule, cost, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to ongoing and upcoming programs in RF sensing and signals, as well as related areas in optical and RF ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance).
In this role, you will analyze system requirements and develop system architectures for RF earth station equipment, up and down converters, power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, antennas and associated control equipment.
This position is responsible for developing requirements for and designs of missile terminal homing RF seekers. Develop and use tools to model existing missile RF seekers and examine potential designs.
In this role, you will be familiarity with the Engineering Lifecycle, especially, flow down of requirements, development of requirements acceptance criteria, maintenance of an RVTM, development and execution of subsystem level test procedures.
The Satellite RF Engineer analyzes voice, video, radio-frequency and/or data communications networks, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting and upgrading operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges and other devices.
