The position is required to perform oversight of the facility operations, preventive maintenance, and repair services functions for buildings, structures, and building equipment. Applicant must possess an Active Top Secret Clearance.
Use expertise to drive decisions with regard to fiscal and physical performance of the assigned portfolio (i.e. reduce open A/R balance, increase income, grow rents, manage operating expenses, analyze troubled tenants and make recommendations, and prepare budgets, monthly and annual financial reports) in accordance with NOI objectives.
The Property Manager is responsible for operational activities as assigned, including maintaining tenant satisfaction and overseeing all aspects of tenant management while assuring the HIGHEST possible standards of building maintenance and appearance.
Assist the Director, Asset Management on a daily basis with financial and capital management, fostering relationships both internal and external to the Company and support strategic initiatives to drive revenue and reduce expenses.
This position will be responsible for the overall operation and financial success of assigned properties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that service delivery meets Company performance and quality standards.
Obtain required supporting documentation for equipment that exceeds the capital asset threshold, and ensure each piece of equipment that exceeds the capital asset threshold on the cmr has the required supporting documentation attached.
