The Scheduler assists with the creation and maintenance of the master plan for a program, team, business groups and/or site to assist with understanding the resource level of effort, maximizes customer satisfaction, work balance and prioritization of performance related company/program goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will
develop, monitor and manage master project schedules for complex IT projects throughout the system/software development lifecycle (SDLC) on-site at a major government agency.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for interfacing with other internal teams to develop and prepare resource assignments, identify and document schedule and risk, manage the integrity of the baseline data, status and provide inputs in support of the EVMS business rhythm.
In this position, you will support program implementations working with the program manager, control account managers, and project control team staff to develop Integrated Master Schedules and Plans in an Agile development environment.
The candidate will be a member of a Program Management Office responsible for developing and maintaining an Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline which interfaces with an MS Project resource loaded schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports; analyze parameters including costs, timelines, technical functions, benefits and risks.
