The Product / Process Engineer II will be responsible for process engineering activities and deliverables including process development, equipment support, documentation, process implementation, problem solving, training, and process/equipment technology transfer.

In this role, you will build and manage development and testing environments, assisting developers in debugging application issues using tools. He / She will participate in the building of tools and processes to support the infrastructure.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain architecture diagrams that are compliant with the latest DoDAF standards, network diagrams that clearly communicate how various components of a computer network interact with each other, and reports that support JPEO-CBD programs or other JPEO-CBD initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for the proactive management of incidents, events and problems by monitoring key components so that failures are detected early and the resolution process can be initiated.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience with power generation or diesel equipment preferred; experience with construction equipment, technical products or other high end mechanical products is helpful but not required.

In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VMs and the integration of the Cloud portal with various infrastructure products, including DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and change management system.
