As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving the growth for Ventev power and charging products, including new product development and new product introduction. The successful candidate will be able to estimate market potential and identify product needs in line with Ventev business strategies.
The selected candidate will support merrill edge sales support marketing. Will translate strategy into world class sales support that aids financial solutions advisors (fsas) in conversations with clients.
This person will be leading a collaborative team environment and will have 3-5 employees directly reporting to them. Any experience with Demand Generation, A/B Testing, and Web Content Management is also a plus.
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) builds market excitement for, and acquisition of, DrFirst solutions. He or she will own client needs definition, competitive analysis, product messaging, sales enablement, and sales tools. The PMM will collaborate closely with Product Management, subject matter experts, and the other members of the DrFirst Marketing team to define, communicate, and execute our high-level marketing and brand strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage with internal teams to prioritize, create and implement campaigns that align to business goals; own your campaigns; collaborate with others to create, implement, execute and measure them.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working to enable sales to coach and train on the core value propositions of the solution, including working with marketing colleagues on the sales, applications and thought leadership tools that support the selling process of your products.
In this role, you will manage and grow existing business: create plans to increase sales of existing categories, reduce & eliminate product quality issues, and identify cost reduction/value improvement opportunities.
In this position, you will perform business and data analysis to support key initiatives for marketing and sales strategies including implementation activities required to support and grow key accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with key business partners (e.g., analytics, finance, Visa, Loyalty Solutions) to recommend a comprehensive business strategy to reengineer this business, evaluate opportunities to improve economics as well as, improve customer engagement and appeal to consumers.
