The Product Manager provides product planning, product marketing and lifecycle product management for selected security, compliance and operations management products that are purpose-built for Process Control Systems and related industrial automation environments.
The primary focus of this role will deliver exceptional customer service to the client ensuring adherence by all involved to specified deadlines and budgets, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing within defined limits and time frames for each job to ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage direct support professionals (DSPs) to enable them to provide well-rounded, quality services to individuals utilizing evidence-based best practices. Ensures that DSPs provide for the health, safety, welfare and progress of individuals. Guide DSPs in using effective interactions designed to improve well-being, promote progress toward goals, increase independence, and improve overall quality of life.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the cross functional team throughout the entire lifecycle of product development which includes the ability to facilitate and coordinate a diverse group of teams including, engineering, channel, brand, graphics, sourcing, manufacturing, legal, finance, supply, and quality teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to the Area Leadership Team with asset management reviewing production planning, stocking parameters and asset management to ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management of flammable products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for setting standards for the ideation, development, execution, and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns designed to drive new account growth & profitability.

You will product business cases, market requirement documents, and other product management best practices.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, implement and manage the portfolio products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet market share objectives.
The selected candidate will provide technical support to plant operations and project work including define the scope, design and specify safety equipment, hold design reviews including potential problem analysis, write operating instructions, training operators. Assist & support cost reduction, safety, environmental, capacity increase, and quality ideas.
In this role, you will also own the customer life cycle, develop programs and communicate to deepen the relationship with the customers, create additional sales opportunities for service and applications, manage budget for market development programs.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and under general direction from senior business developers and line management will assist in all aspects of managing and coordinating business development activities and management of related information across the business unit.
