As the Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Business Development to support and develop the sales process; this will include everything from facilitating meetings with key stakeholders, managing pipeline reports, developing pitch documentation and data sheets as well as collateral.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the daily tasks & projects associated with the operations team & Salesforce; build training modules leveraging our current training tools, as it relates to various aspects of Salesforce.com and other systems the sales team utilizes.
The Sales Operations Manager provides support and counsel to the SVP of Sales, Distribution & Customer Service; essential responsibilities of this role are supporting, improving and driving the sales organizations effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for new business development in CACI's National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) Business Group for the Business Development Executive (BDE), Business Development Managers, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and other members of the team.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct comprehensive marketing activities and systematically canvas the pertinent industries for inquiries; oversight of sample testing, process validation and equipment selection would follow (with the help of a process engineer, if required).
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and under general direction from senior business developers and line management will assist in all aspects of managing and coordinating business development activities and management of related information across the business unit.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working with a best in class PMO as well as in conjunction with very talented product and engineering partners, this candidate will be interacting with partners across the country on a Syndication Program for their MSO partners.
