Effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of Astellas' products through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company-approved promotional speaker programs, and other company-approved means.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue; compile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a selling or business development experience, be highly motivated and results-oriented, and be very comfortable drawing insights from customer data analytics.
A portion of your leads will come from building external referral sources and a portion are developed from our internal team. There are dollars in the hustle and most leads are self-generated through a structured, proven activity plan.
Qualified candidates must have a stable and strong track record of success in corporate sales, with experience in the training industry, and experience selling enterprise wide solutions or selling to Universities.
In this role, you will be a new business focused individual, who has a genuine passion for targeting new clients and winning accounts but can do so with a consultative approach. You will have sold Product Engineering Services such as Social, Mobile, Cloud, Analytics, and more. Experience around platforms at the back end of a business is required.
