The Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator is the first point of contact responsible for reactively monitoring customer data networks and providing fault isolation, remote troubleshooting and be a team player.
In this role, you will perform periodic maintenance, hardware upgrades and replacement, firmware updates, and system configuration changes; prepare system for operational use and support operational tests.

The selected candidate will develop and understand network solutions considering the hardware and system objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on IT experience specializing in system administartion. Understanding of modification and implementation of Firewalls (Checkpoint, SonicWALL and Cisco) and Load Balancer (F5) rules.
In this role, you will establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, and configuration of equipment; define/adhere to network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, documenting, implementing, testing, maintaining, operating, removing, upgrading, and modifying network systems for the client organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and facilitate Administer Server Services: Exchange, Sharepoint, Databases (SQL, Exchange, Sharepoint, Linux MySQL); Active Directory; Unified Communications.
