Manage the team to advise the creation of collateral, use cases, event/campaign and thought leadership content necessitated by segment marketing plans and to help meet segment bookings and revenue targets.
Establishes, communicates and holds direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
This position will be responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management process and will be responsible for working with other product managers/developers and the project managers to complete all required documentation in the process.
Responsibilities may include: identifying applicable vendor pool, reviewing RFPs & RFIs, developing/drafting corporate policies and procedures, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating contracts, and monitoring/leveraging vendor relationships.
Develop message sets aligned to the company strategy and product line charters in addition to developing communication collateral including presentations, talking points, emails, and e-newsletter to achieve specific objectives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for utilizing expertise in wireless project management to develop strategies in order to effectively build, manage, deploy and operate a large-scale metropolitan market and/or region.
Develop models and databases to forecast revenue, volume, and churn trends; predictive analytics experience a plus; analyze product revenue and volume trends, and develop strategies for maximizing product revenues in the portfolio.
Schedule &/or facilitate meetings (Steering Committee, Customer, Project Team [functional specific], etc.) as required to ensure that all aspects of the initiatives are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
