In this role, the selected candidate will
work with government organizations to build new training solutions that increase workforce performance through competency identification and the assessment, design, and development of learning programs, curricula, and education delivery.
The instructional design candidate will support a dynamic training environment which includes course design for classroom delivery, design and development of learner activities and exercises, and creation of instructional materials and lesson plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for design and develop interactive courseware for customer training. Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Convert written material or training requirements into interactive courseware.
You will work collaboratively within the HR organization and beyond to recommend, design and deliver learning solutions that will support our employees and managers as we adopt new ways of doing business.

This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation and performance support of client service learning technology initiatives. This position partners closely with asset management training partners and subject matter experts to provide high quality customized training solutions and course development.
Work under the supervision of the Project Manager or the Senior Instructional Designer to develop and document instructor-led, paper-based, and technology delivered curricula or performance support solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing new or updating existing WBTs to incorporate new methods of e-learning, and developing Partner communications related to new course releases.
* Serves as change management lead for business unit; apply change management principles and knowledge to develop strategies including organizational assessments, stakeholder analysis and change roadmaps and plans.
