The HRS will be responsible for designated projects, helping to execute programs to support HR and business priorities. The focus of this role is on tactical and execution activities and this person should be recognized as an HR resource and subject matter expert.
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with business partners, change program teams and HR associates to support the success of Enterprise change programs and organizational effectiveness projects.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing full Human Resources support for managers, supervisors, and front-line employees of assigned facilities including employee relations counseling; create, review, update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
This position will administer the employee benefits program to include: process on-line benefit enrollments and make determinations on qualifying events for health plan enrollments, review dependent eligibility, process weekly benefit interface files and payroll deductions.
Promote consistent, transparent communication between new hire, hiring manager, and all stakeholders at all times, and ensure all parties are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines throughout onboarding process.
