In this role, you will ensures all documents, forms, paperwork, etc., submitted for HR processing is accurate and complete according to established guidelines, regulations, policies, and/or standard operating procedure .
The District HR Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for the District in pointing associates to and providing assistance with HR systems, tools, and processes designed for performance management, engagement, staffing and onboarding systems, compliance, and other HR-related initiatives or processes.
In this role, you will coordinates pre-employment candidate process; initiates and tracks background checks, monitors compliance and new hire notifications prior to employee start date. Notifies Director of Human Resources of any incidents/issues that may delay newly hired employees from starting as scheduled.
