The HR Generalist will work closely with HR colleagues in recruiting and ATS, internships, employee transactions and accompanying documentation, performance management, compensation, compliance and policies, diversity outreach, metrics and reporting, compensation, and benefits.
Looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist will contribute to a number of important functions such as onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
Interact with functional leaders and employees to gain a first-hand feel for their daily responsibilities and challenges. Form solid working relationships with the functional leaders, based on thorough knowledge of the business and HR procedures.
Drives cultural transformation and focuses on fully aligning the systems, practices, measures, rewards and leadership expectations to support the desired culture. Contributes as required to new program / policy design efforts.
Work closely with senior leaders/managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: workforce planning, on boarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management.
Initiate calls to prospects to introduce our products and services and discover and close new revenue opportunities; place calls into existing accounts to identify issues, discover new revenue opportunities and close incremental sales.
Facilitate employee training and development, team building (ie PDPs), talent review, performance management process. Working knowledge of recruitment strategies that encompass legal requirements and interviewing skills.
