This is an ideal role for incumbents with either a strong HRBP background, HR specialist or business foundation who are looking to build upon their skills and experience working with a dynamic set of leaders.
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
The selected candidate will have extensive experience prospecting; ensuring the prospect is in line with the company's objectives, qualifying, and closing new client engagements in the employee health and wealth management portfolio areas.
Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes (particularly workflow/security); collaboration will be both in-person and virtual/remote so demonstrated experience in both is important.
Resolve HR related issues, conduct research and provide interpretation of HR policies and business rules, develop and present HR briefings, and evaluate business practices/procedures while providing recommendations for improving performance.
Maintain a Component process-oriented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to include a monthly Current Program Assessment (currently known as the Monthly Metrics) reflecting individual Component status of program strength and review and leadership support to continuity planning, an Agency aggregate metric, and crisis management organization-focused metrics.
Establish and maintain credibility by understanding the groups overall goals and HR needs; conduct weekly meetings within assigned group(s) to prioritize needs and deliver consistent and professional HR services
Initiate calls to prospects to introduce our products and services and discover and close new revenue opportunities; place calls into existing accounts to identify issues, discover new revenue opportunities and close incremental sales.
Candidates MUST BE BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) and someone who is experience in Human Resource Software ( i.e., Taleo or similar); Recruitment of new employees; Union and/or Non-Union experience is acceptable;.
Provides direct consultative and strategic partnering to senior business / functional leaders to maximize performance of the organization. Counsel to include but not be limited to matters of rewards, team dynamics, organizational development, organization design changes and cultural initiatives as needed to meet business objectives.
