In this role, you will set up all necessary personnel files. Manage existing files to assure they are kept up to date. Assist with the coordination and execution of annual open enrollment for the company's Health and Welfare plans, as well as 401K enrollment.

In this position, you will assist in the investigation of employee complaints and disputes: documents findings and recommends disciplinary action and/or appropriate resolution; implements resolution as approved by senior level personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a trusted and quality HR advisory service by resolving low to medium complexity HR queries and issues in respect of various global and local HR policies and processes, as defined in the Global HR Services service catalogue.
In this role, you will promote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information on business issues and employee concerns.
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for performing professional human resources work in a variety of concentrations, including associate relations, staffing, training and development, special projects and some administrative duties for the location.
