The Human Resource Generalist/Business Partner is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.
. This role is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day activities, as it relates to preparing, processing and reporting/communicating of benefits data, leave management, wellness iniatives, and local compensation administration.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop, review, and/or edit job descriptions to ensure compliance with FLSA Overtime rule and to ensure all position duties are appropriately and accurately defined.
In this role, you will develop strategies and policies regarding performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
In this position, you will assist in the investigation of employee complaints and disputes: documents findings and recommends disciplinary action and/or appropriate resolution; implements resolution as approved by senior level personnel.
In this role, you will promote a harmonious working environment to build effective relationships and partner with employees in various hr related topics such as benefits, leaves, compensation etc. And resolve issues and problems.
In this role, the selected candidate coordinates recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection of exempt and non-exempt jobs for the plant; cultivate and maintains recruiting resources such as staffing agencies, job fairs, colleges and internet sources.
In this role, the selected candidate must have working knowledge of medical information systems, medical claims payment process, medical terminology and coding, case management practices, managed care, and Medicaid programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with PHRS HR Consultant to develop appropriate strategies for clients regarding employee relations, disciplinary action, operations, and performance issues.
In this role, you will set up all necessary personnel files. Manage existing files to assure they are kept up to date. Assist with the coordination and execution of annual open enrollment for the company's Health and Welfare plans, as well as 401K enrollment.
