In this role, the selected candidate will handle 1st level escalated issues and provides work guidance and direction or acts as a working team lead and resource to others; provide process / policy guidance to others internal partners/clients.
The HR Coordinator will be a key contributor in a support team that maintains global HR Master Data. The successful candidate works in collaboration with Human Resources and other functional partners providing guidance on HR data entry standards across the globe.
In this role, you will work within broad and/or non-standard parameters, involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions and where there could be a lack of market standard/ practice, referring to a more senior role when necessary.
The selected candidate will assists HR Generalists, HR Managers, and Recruiters with administrative tasks such as phone screens, interview scheduling, employee files, and reference checks. May assist in the background check process. Performs other tasks within the HR function as assigned.
