Serve as a Business Partner supporting company initiatives including client interaction, management development & implementations. Develop and implement strategic regional recruitment and employment programs.
Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve the companys objectives.
Work closely with senior leaders/managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: workforce planning, on boarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management.
The selected candidate will have extensive experience prospecting; ensuring the prospect is in line with the company's objectives, qualifying, and closing new client engagements in the employee health and wealth management portfolio areas.
Interact with functional leaders and employees to gain a first-hand feel for their daily responsibilities and challenges. Form solid working relationships with the functional leaders, based on thorough knowledge of the business and HR procedures.
Lead the transition of employees from incumbent contractor to PAE to include coordination with departments within PAE, system set-up, development of program-specific communication materials, facilitation of information sessions and transition meetings, onboarding, provision of training and guidance and other related activities.
Working with HR Shared Services and Centers Of Expertise (COE), the Human Resources Business Partner will manage and implement HR interventions, balancing the needs of the business with the overall global HR strategy.
Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
Establish and maintain credibility by understanding the groups overall goals and HR needs; conduct weekly meetings within assigned group(s) to prioritize needs and deliver consistent and professional HR services
Serves as the HRIS systems/process expert for the respective area of HR. Effectively communicates with end-users to understand requirements. Researches, recommends and implements process improvements to better utilize HR systems and/or enhance existing business processes.
The HRBP is also responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units in the organization including several remote locations. This person will serve as a consultant to management on human resource related issues as an employee champion and change agent.
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
