Provide business financial management and administrative support to a defense agency's information innovation office, including advanced administrative coordination, program management and progress tracking, meeting coordination and conference planning, financial analysis, and document coordination.
Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert and maintain responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of out-of-the-box SharePoint 2010 and 2013 solutions for DoD clients.
Develop or employ many-vs-many models to construct, analyze and compare airborne electronic attack alternatives and concept of operation tactics to assess the impact of these systems on mission effectiveness; develop algorithms to optimize allocation of jammer resources in complex tactical scenarios.
Perform business and functional requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, verifiable, feasible, unambiguous, and actionable.
Provide subject matter expertise for military test events and real world scenarios by conducting research, studies, and analysis to provide supporting data and associated recommendations for Navy decision makers.
