The DC Facilities Purchasing Administrator is responsible for the ordering and receipt of parts in a timely manner.The associate will also be responsible for recording work orders and maintaining accurate information within the Maintenance Management computer system.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for general appearance, safety, and maintenance of entire distribution center facilities; create routine maintenance and inspection schedules for all facility equipment and ensures their administration.
In this role, the selected candidate ensures execution of new hire orientation and training, and ICD-9 code training when applicable for new hires, and works with Medical Director to ensure mandatory in-services are completed.
In this role, you will direct, assign, train and manages all facilities functions on security and building projects including electrical, HVAC, painting, trash removal, cleaning team, furniture repair, and any other general building maintenance.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize reports to analyze maintenance costs and patterns associated with properties and equipment and reviews these reports with the Facilities Manager of Operations and Maintenance Supervisors to optimize department performance.
In this role, you will complete and submit daily and monthly reports. Direct all inclement weather response. Continuously conduct facility self-assessment and make recommendations to management for efficiencies.
In this role, you will estimates material and labor costs for repairs, replacements, and improvements of facility equipment and operations to ensure that repairs are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner.
