Collaborate with peers and internal customers to build strategy around hiring targets; Source, screen, and qualify candidates to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical candidates with security clearances.
Anticipates and identifies customer needs, takes action to meet customer needs, develops effective working relationships with customers, continually searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent including active sourcing for passive candidates using internet ads, social media networks such as Linked-In, Twitter and Facebook.
Serve as the group administrator for ats. Maintain and document procedures for the ats and other hr applications. This includes troubleshooting, enhancements, streamlining, and implementation of new features.
